Our team prides itself on good ole fashioned values such as reliability, hard work, quality, and trustworthiness. We pledge to make sure the job gets done right the first time, or your money back.Terms and ConditionsEffective Date: 03/26/2026Welcome to Duchess Commercial Cleaners! By booking our services, you agree to these terms. We’ve written them to keep everything clear and fair for both you and our team.Our ServicesWe provide professional window cleaning for homes and small businesses. We handle both the inside and outside of your windows, making your property shine.Booking and PaymentBooking: Please schedule services in advance. Your appointment is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.Payment: Payment is due when the job is finished unless we’ve agreed on something different in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit/debit cards.Cancellations & Rescheduling: Need to cancel or move your appointment? Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may have a $50 fee.Your ResponsibilitiesTo help us do our best work, please:Clear Access: Make sure we can safely reach all areas that need cleaning. Remove obstacles from window sills, floors, or exterior spots.Utilities: Ensure water and electricity are available if needed for our work.Pets: Keep pets secure so they don’t interfere, and clean up any pet waste in areas we may use.
Safety and LiabilityReporting Damage: If you notice any damage you think might have been caused by our service, please let us know within 24 hours. After that, we’ll consider the work complete and approved.Pre-existing Conditions: We aren’t responsible for damage that was already there, damage from aging windows, or issues caused by faulty installation.Unsafe Conditions: If we believe a job is unsafe, we may pause or stop work until conditions are safe.Your SatisfactionOur Promise: We want you to be happy with our work. If something isn’t right, contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll fix it.Re-cleaning: If your windows aren’t clean to your satisfaction, we’ll return for a touch-up at no extra charge if you let us know within 24 hours.Weather Guarantee: If bad weather affects your windows within three (3) days of service, we’ll return for a free touch-up. Just notify us within that time. This covers only weather-related streaks or dirt, not other sources.Changes to These TermsWe may update these terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.Governing LawThese terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
